The Child Welfare Officer's role is to ensure that Child Protection concerns from the ASA are communicated to the committee and membership; to hold the ASA Child Protection guidelines and to ensure that the register of teachers and coaches is completed. The Welfare Officer is also the person that swimmers can discuss their swimming club problems with.
Jancis has recently been appointed as Child Welfare Officer, and is available to discuss any concerns you may have with regard to issues such as bullying and poor behaviour.
